II, Trichy instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.ANANTHA DEVI, Governemnt Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent and of MR.

AMENULLAH KHAN, Advocate for defacto complainant the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8406 of 2018, dated 17.05.2018 and grant permission to the petitioner to abide his condition at learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy instead of appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the defacto complainant is present before this Court and informed the Court that the petitioner had taken a sum of Rs.4,00,000/-(Rupees four lakh only) from him. F.I.R was registered only yesterday. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) rightly pointed out that the purpose of granting anticipatory bail was to enable the petitioner to co-operative with the enquiry.

4.Taking note of the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed earlier in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8406 of 2018. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
