3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that no FIR is registered against the petitioner and only petition enquiry is pending and the alleged threat of arrest is not true.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner during enquiry. 5.Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, this petition is dismissed with the observation that the respondent should not harass the petitioner during enquiry.
