This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register the case as per the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.11.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Bala Muruganantham For Respondent : Mr.A.P.Balasubramani Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side).

O R D E R

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.11.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed on 06.12.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.

4. In the closure report it is specifically stated that since it is a case of civil dispute, the parties are directed to approach the civil Court.

5. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not examined by the Investigating Officer.

6. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
