This petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin, to dispose the case in C.C.No.202 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the case in C.C.No.202 of 2015 is pending for a long time without any progress. Hence, he prayed for speedy disposal. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that in this case, two accused were appeared before the Trial Court and they were also examined and he further submitted that a direction may be given to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.202 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the same before the Registry.
