2.This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the Inspector of Police, Vadasery Police Station, Kanyakumari District, the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.401 of 2011 and to file final report before the competent Judicial magistrate within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

3.A report is received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil stating that no charge-sheet was filed in the above said crime number.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to file charge-sheet in Cr.No.401 of 2011 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the concerned Court without fail.
