The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent not to extend / renew the lease agreement dated 09.10.2007 regarding Survey No.10/1A (Old Survey No.10/1) admeasuring 6 Ares situated at Kannakkur Village, Avudaiyarkoil Taluk, Pudukkottai District without adding petitioner as a party in the lease extension agreement on the basis of petitioners representation dated 11.04.2022 to the 1st respondent and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. It appears that the petitioner has no rights over the property in question where the BSNL tower is situated as it has been, in a partition, allotted to the share of the 3rd respondent. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
