ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C., in Crime No.60 of 2022, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter was married to one Palanichamy, who is the son of the petitioners herein. On 03.11.2022, bangle ceremony was celebrated. On the next day, ie., on 04.11.2022, the petitioners' son attempted suicide and he was admitted in the hospital. However, he died on 05.11.2022. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are parents of the deceased. However, the respondent Police harassed them at the instigation of the defacto complainant. Accordingly, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is not yet completed and the petitioners herein are not arrayed as accused in this case.

5.In view of the above, there is no apprehension of arrest. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
