O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.01.2016 and to investigate and file final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint by post to Vadamadurai Police Station, whereas the occurrence took place within the jurisdiction of Kujiliamparai Police Station. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the Kujiliamparai Police Station and lodge a fresh complaint and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
