..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to register the vehicle Maruthi Omni MPI Ambulance BSIV (LMV Card), Model, 2012 (temporary registration No.TN72TMP37590) and provide permanent Registration Number, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2021, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to register the vehicle Maruthi Omni MPI Ambulance BSIV (LMV Card), Model, (temporary registration No.TN72TMP37590) and provide permanent Registration Number, based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.8953 of 2021 the petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2021, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Arputharaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition. Hence he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
