ORDER

This writ petition is filed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2026 with reference to the proceedings No. 87 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025 on the file of the third respondent. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that lay out approval has been obtained by suppression of material facts and in violation of several Rules. It is also submitted that a civil suit is also pending. The learned counsel would further submit, that the respondents 1 and 2 have already forwarded the communication along with a direction to the third respondent to conduct an inquiry.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that already approval has been given and subsequently the representation has been submitted.

4.In view thereof, considering the nature of the representation that is made, the third respondent is directed to take up the representation dated 30.01.2026 of the petitioner for inquiry. Due notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents 4 to 7 shall be issued and orders in accordance with law shall be passed. It is made clear that the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage without notice to the respondents 4 to 7 and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the issue. Let the final orders be passed as expeditiously as possible after conducting due enquiry, in any event not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
