This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report by completing the investigation in Crime No.1408 of 2015 dated 27.08.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1408 of 2015 was completed and a charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same has not been take on file.
