[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Complaining that the orders of this Court, dated 04.07.2022, made in W.P(MD)No.9349 of 2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2. We do not find any cause for contempt in the case on hand. The Division Bench has dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the encroachment had been removed. Therefore, there is no positive direction non-compliance of which could be complained of. Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed.
