ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.02.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 427, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 37 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2018 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 427, 506(ii) of IPC. This Court had permitted the petitioner to move this Court directly in view of the special circumstances prevailing in this case. The injured has been discharged from the hospital. The petitioner is not having any previous case.

3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.
