PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st Respondent to direct 2nd Respondent to give necessary protection to the Petitioner and his family members for their life and limbs by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022,within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the direct the first respondent to direct second respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2022,within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.04.2022 to the respondents 1 and 2 is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
