This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.496 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.496 of 2014 has been completed and has been closed as mistake of fact on 14.11.2015.

3. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to serve Referred Charge Sheet notice on the defacto complainant.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the defacto complainant to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate in terms of the law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi Vs. State of U.P and Others reported in Laws (All)-2010-8-369.
