ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 465, 468, 477(A) and 381 I.P.C., in Crime No.19 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner had already moved anticipatory bail before this Court and all of them were dismissed. The amount involved in this case, to the tune of Rs.36 lakhs.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli is present before this Court and states that she conducted enquiry and that she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ personally saw corrections in several carbon receipts. This Court is of the view that custodial interrogation is very much necessary.
