O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner before the second respondent police and hence, the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the second respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
