ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner's husband in Crime No.12 of 2017 and till date, the petitioner's husband has not surrendered before the concerned authority/Court. He would further submit that there is no harassment, at the hands of the respondents, as alleged by the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
