RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.4185 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 in connection with the Crime Number. 1091/2019, S.S.Colony Police Station to accept two sureties (Without a Blood Relative Surety).

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHIKEYA C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner obtained the earlier order on 03.03.2022. But till today, he could not produce sureties. The condition imposed by this Court is that the petitioner has to produce two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative. The blood relative of the petitioner are not having property worth Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). Therefore, there is a difficulty to produce blood relative as sureties and pray the condition to be modified.

2.The prosecution has no serious objections.

3.Therefore, this petition is allowed and the condition is hereby modified.
