ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the 1/3

representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2013, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the cancellation of patta issued in favour of the impleaded respondents 3 to 6 and to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 15.09.2014, the petitioner was directed to file an appropriate petition to implead the necessary parties. Accordingly, the impleading petition was filed and the same was ordered by this Court and the rival claimants have been impleaded as respondents 3 to 6 in this case.

3. Heard Mr.Radhi Sathish, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.12.2013 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the impleaded respondents 3 to 6 and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
