ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 20.11.2016 for offences punishable under Section 366(A) IPC in Cr.No.751 of 2008 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the defacto complainant was kidnapped by the petitioner along with other accused.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to bonafide reasons , the petitioner could not appear before the court on that day and Non Bailable Warrant has been issued.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case is posted for arguments and the petitioner is having 2 other adverse remarks.

5. Considering the period of incarceration and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
