2. Mr.S.Gokulraj, learned counsel is appeared before this Court on behalf of the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the respondents within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
