The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the communication dated 18.03.2023, by which the representation submitted by the petitioner for allotment of a burial ground in the patta land has been rejected.

2. In light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, preserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 18.03.2023. No costs.
