RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6660/2022 dated 11/04/2022 to the effect that the petitioners should be report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. daily for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and the place of condition may be modified to learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Karur instead of respondent police station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.
MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6660/2022, 11.04.2022. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court in earlier order dated 11.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6660 of 2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.5219 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court sofar.
4.Considering the above, the petitioner has not complied with the orders of this Court, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.
