ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial to consider and dispose of the petition filed under Section 252 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner in C.C.No.102 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case was registered for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC., in C.C.No.102 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial. It is further submitted that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 252 Cr.P.C. in C.C.No.102 of 2016 and the same is pending without any progress.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also expressed no objection to allow this petition.

5. Having regard to the said submission and the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial is directed to consider and dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 252 Cr.P.C., in C.C.No.102 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order."

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
