This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Ummusalma Parvin against these petitioners, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
