ORDER

This writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Pursuant to the petitioner's review petition dated 29.11.2017, the respondent herein had acknowledged the same on 05.12.2017 and informed the petitioner that the decision of the Zonal Claims Dispute Redressal Committee will be communicated to the petitioner in due course.

3.It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that pursuant to the acknowledgment, there is no further development in his petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Since the petitioner has sought for a speedy disposal of the review petition, I do not feel that notice should be ordered to the respondent herein.

the petitioner in the writ petition as well as in the review petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's review petition dated 29.11.2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
