ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property from one Alagupandian on 22.01.2018. The said Alagupandian is a power agent of one Chandrasekarn. The said Chandrasekaran purchased the property from one Muniyandi. The said Muniyandi in turn purchased the property from J.A.Nagarathinam. The name of J.A.Nagarathinam is figuring as joint pattadar in Patta No.955, Maduai East Taluk. The petitioner seeks sub-division of the property and also issuance of individual patta. The petitioner has given application on 12.03.2024.

3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
