ORDER
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as BT Physical Educational Teacher in the 6th respondent school and disburse grant-inaid towards her salary. 2/6
2. Heard Mr.Niranjan S Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
4. The petitioner has been appointed as a Physical Education Teacher in the 6th respondent School and the proposals sent to approve his appointment was not considered by the 4th respondent so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a direction to the 4th respondent.
5. Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the proposal sent by the 6th respondent School to approve the petitioner's appointment has been returned with certain remarks. The copy of the said letter has also been produced before this Court as the 4th respondent has initiated some action and he has returned the proposal for want of certain compliance and seeking clarification. 3/6
6. Hence, it is for the 6th respondent to offer those clarification and resubmit the same for getting further orders. It appears that if the petitioner seeks any relief, that is only a prematured one.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
