ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.07.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the compliant of the third respondent, who is none other than the petitioner's sister, enquiry has been conducted and in the process of enquiry, the second respondent harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and he further submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely civil in nature and therefore the petitioner need not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against her and that the 2nd respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with any enquiry, the 2nd respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons and in the manner known to law.

5. Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
