Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.3278 of 2026, dated 15.06.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,500/-and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2. The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned. Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.3278 of 2026 is allowed.

Since the other petitions in CMP(MD) Nos.3279 and 3280 of 2026 are consequential in nature, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 08.07.2026.
