PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 3rd respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 06.04.2022 to the 2nd respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of criminal Procedure. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent to forward the petitioner complaint dated 06.04.2022 to the second respondent for conducting an enquiry under the code of criminal Procedure.

2. Admittedly no First Information Report has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 06.04.2022. Before registration of the First Information Report change of investigation does not arise, hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to lodge fresh complaint before the third respondent.
