This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to consider and approve the building plan of the petitioner dated 10.07.2013 for construction of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

residential house in Survey No. 565/7 of Kaluneerkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
