ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.431 of 2016 within a timeframe.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent conducted the petition enquiry and closed as 'mistake of fact' on 28.01.2017. He further submitted that RCS Notice has also been served to the petitioner on 21.06.2017.
