O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Meiyathal, opposite party had filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.2500 of 2016 before this Court and this Court, by order dated 04.02.2016 has directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint said to have been conducted by Meiyathal. Now in this petition, the petitioner has lodged a complaint against Meiyathal on 03.02.2016.

3. Under these circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to enquire into the complaint dated 03.02.2016 given by the petitioner talong with the enquiry on the complaint of Meiyathal and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
