Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute pending between herself and the private respondents in respect of the petition mentioned property. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by Thiru.Sitharanjandass/fifth respondent was enquired into and closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.8819 of 2021 and that the parties were advised to move the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate relief. A copy of the closure report has also been served on the counsel for the private respondents. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
