ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner availed loan from a private finance by pledging his Tractor. However, he failed to repay the said loan amount.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is pending.
