O R D E R
This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.13 of 2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner states that he preferred a complaint and the same was also registered in Crime No.13 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 436 of I.P.C. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case was registered as early as on 13.02.2014 but there was any investigation or progress.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the respondent has not even given proper instructions indicating that there was any progress despite the complaint was pending for more than three years.

"The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.13 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
