ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A5 & A6, who were arrested on 27.10.2016 for offences punishable under Section 399 IPC in Cr.No. 2596 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on conducting surveillance, the police came to know that accused prepared to loot money.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in this case and A3 and A4 were already enlarged on bail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit when the accused prepared for dacoity, the respondent police arrested them and seized weapons from them.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their
