ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner, as alleged. He would further submit that based on the complaint, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.173 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 41(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
