ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had availed agricultural loan from the third respondent bank. The first respondent has therefore credited the petition mentioned amount as subsidy in the petitioner's bank account. The petitioner has not carried out any agricultural operation and he wants to return the said amount. The petitioner's gesture is to be appreciated. The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India is directed to furnish the account details to the learned counsel for the petitioner as early as possible. Thereafter, the petitioner can credit the petition mentioned amount in the said account. 2/4
