ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A4, who was arrested on 06.10.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302, 114 and 201 IPC in Cr.No.227 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the husband has murdered his wife.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is in judicial custody from 06.10.2016.

4.Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that investigation is over and the respondent is awaiting for chemical analysis report.

5.Considering the period of incarceration and considering the fact that investigation is over, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
