Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders to absorb the petitioner as Road Inspector in the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department as per the proposal Na.Ka.No.14980/12/EE.3 dated 10.8.2013 of the 2nd respondent from the date of the initial appointment/engagement in the post of Technical Assistant under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) and grant all the service and monetary benefits within the time limit to be fixed by this Honourable Court For Petitioner : Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu For Respondent : Mr.A.K.Manickam Government Counsel

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 18.03.2020, made in W.P.(MD) No.5571 of 2020.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect he has also produced a copy of the Proceedings of the Principal Secretary to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ ____________

3. The aforesaid proceedings is taken on record. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
