[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue a Certificate of Practice to the petitioner as 'S.Varnikhaa' instead of S.Akila within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Bar Council would submit that

adequate recommendations have already been made to the Bar Council of India for issuance of corrected certificate, through Letter in R.O.C.No.924 of 2018, dated 03.05.2018, in the changed name as 'S.Varnikhaa' instead of S.Akila.

3. Since it is only a technical matter and there is no dispute that S.Akila has changed her name into S.Varnikhaa, we direct the first respondent to issue the corrected certificate, in pursuant to the communication dated 03.05.2018, sent by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No cost.
