Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner had availed loan from the fifth respondent. The petitioner now wants to clear his liability under one time settlement. The Writ Court has no authority to direct the creditor institution to accept any one time settlement payment. It is for the petitioner to approach the respondents and it is for the respondents to take a call in the matter. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
