2.The petitioner had obtained an award in his favour in W.C.No. 11/2021, on the file of Joint Commissioner of Labour, Madurai.

3. It is not known, if the third respondent has filed any civil miscellaneous appeal challenging the same.

4. The first respondent is directed to issue notice to the third respondent calling upon them to satisfy the award. Based on the response to be received from the third respondent, the first respondent will take steps under the Revenue Recovery Act to enforce the award, so that the petitioner can get the fruits of the order. This exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
