ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to issue SLR copy of the properties in survey number 299, 409, 488, 96/3, 302 situated in Veeracholan Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 02.03.2022 and 23.03.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard R.Suriya Narayanan, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations have not been given by the writ petitioner, but have been given by some other person by name, Arunachalam. W.P.[MD]No.7578 of 2022 have to be given by the petitioner. Only then, the petitioner's representation seeking for SLR copy of the aforementioned properties can be considered on merits and in accordance with law. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner agrees to the same. 4.Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent requesting for SLR copy for the properties in survey number 299, 409, 488, 96/3, 302 situated in Veeracholan Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing, within a period of four

(4) weeks thereafter. The petitioner shall produce patta and legal heirship certificate and other documents/records before the third respondent to enable the third respondent to process the petitioner's application.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
