3.Ramadoss : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents herein to produce the body or person of petitioner's wife Mohan Priya, W/o.Kalirajan aged about 23 years before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Mohan Priya, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenu is present along with her father. On enquiry, the detenu has informed that she has not married the petitioner and infact her marriage is stated for 10.06.2018 and the petitioner is causing hurdles. The detenu desires to be in the custody of her father, the third respondent. The petitioner has been informed that right of his, if any, would have to be established before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate forum. We find there is no illegal detention.

3. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition shall stand closed.
