O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused names mentioned above in view of the complaint dated 14.09.2015 and investigate the case and file a final report within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Jagadeeswaran learned Counsel appearing for the intervenor wanted to intervene for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the proposed accused.
3. At this juncture, the proposed accused have no right to preaudience and hence his plea is rejected. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the police has not received any complaint from the petitioner.
5. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint on the same facts as disclosed in the complaint dated 14.09.2015 enclosed in the typed set of papers and on such fresh complaint being given, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law.
