O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2014, and consequently to direct the respondent to revoke the order of suspension dated 26.08.2011, and to reinstate him into service as Firka Surveyor.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his representation dated 08.08.2014, is directed to be considered within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction: 3.a.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2014, and pass an order on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
